I purchased the X4 12 months ago and the left ear bud stopped working 8 days after the warranty expired. I called the repair centre and the response I got was they won't fix it after warranty.
Is that the quality of Jaybird's customer support? I understand it has passed warranty (for 8 days) but does that mean the ear bud is only good for a year? Anything happens to the ear buds after a year and I have to buy a new one? And thats the quality of the product?
The ear bud already had static noise issue while talking after a couple months of use but my use is for listening to music so I ignored it.
I think the sound of the ear buds is very good but if the durability of the product and customer support is this bad, I don't think I can recommend it to anyone.
