    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Do you get any errors when attempting to connect to a different phone? I'd also want to ask if you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    It would help if you can delete the old Bluetooth profile from your phone prior to connecting.
