I have loved using your product for running. They have been amazing earphones and have recommended them to other runners. However, they have recently died and will not turn on despite trying everything! When purchasing I expected them to last more than a year and a half. I have tried another charging cradle, connecting to a computer, another socket, and fully resetting but annoyingly nothing has been successful.
I have also sent customer services an email outlining the same question: What would you suggest the best way is to fix or replace them?
