After just over a year (light to moderate use), the left bud is no longer working. I always keep the headphones in the carry case and never squeeze into a small pocket. I would expect "sport" headphones to be robust (within reason) and last, particularly in the lower premium end of the market (the X3s were relatively expensive when I bought them). For reference a pair of wired Monster iSport lasted 7yrs with the original tips despite less careful treatment! The X3s were my first Jaybird headphones.
I have conducted a factory reset and they are clean of debris
What steps need to be taken to complete a warranty claim? Note I am based in the UK.
