I bought about one month ago Jaybird X3 headphones but they are not performing as expected. First problem is that when I'm using them, especially outside, the sound gets disrupted often. For example, walking 15 minutes outside the sound can break down 10 different times. It is horrible.
Other problem is that the battery only lasts 3 hours instead of promised 8-9 hours. I've kept record for that two different times. I've done the factory reset couple of times for the headphones and also tried "the 8 button process" which I found from one of Jaybird support topics from the internet. They are not making the headphones perform better.
So, clearly my only one month old headphones are not working properly. Can you send me new ones? How do we proceed?
