    My wife purchased these for me and just found the email from when she purchased them from Best Buy, December 2016. Yikes! I didn't even realize it's been that long. I used them maybe 10 times before encountering the problem. I assume it is way past warranty. I should have got on this right away but was too frustrated. Is this a solvable issue? Can I send them in to be repaired or is it a loss?
