I bought a pair of Jaybird Vista directly from the Jaybird site (back in mid September). After just one week of use the left earbud stopped working. I contacted support and it took a whole month for them to recognise that their device is actually defective. They requested a video that shows how I destroy the earbuds so that they can provide a replacement. I've sent them this video and have since been waiting for "approval from the support for a replacement". They haven't responded for a month now, even though I have sent them several emails.
Really terrible support. I don't even expect to get a replacement at this point. Basically threw away 180 euro in the trash.
DO NOT BUY from Jaybird site! If you really feel like buying a Jaybird product at all - do so from another distributor that has a working support team!
