    Hello Tony,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

You can also follow these recommendations:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I'm having the same issue - have tried the 8 button reset but nothing happens.  I can't turn the X3 on and when I go to charge them, the green light stays perpetually on (indicating a full battery?).

I saw your recommendation which simply says to try a different way of charging (I've tried the wall outlet and my computer but no difference).

Is there another way to reset them?  I've seen MANY people with this same issue on the forum...this was the most recent.

    Please advise...

They've worked flawlessly for some time - it's weird that it all of a sudden stopped for no apparent reason...

    Thanks.

I have the same issue. I’ve tried charging it on my desktop and laptops for 2 hours, still will not turn on.
