My story is a little like the others on connectivity, but I think the difference is, mine isn't actually disconnecting, there's just a gigantic lag in audio. I waited on a song to start playing on spotify... the song was playing... headphones were connected... but no sound transferred to the buds for *18* seconds. I have had these buds for less than 24 hours and I am not happy. :(
I did a lot of research for a month before decided to go back with Jaybird because I LOVE my X3s, but the silicone wiring is apart from BOTH sides of the volume controls now - exposing wire, so I needed new ones. I may as well return these and find more X3s somewhere.
I have done all of the resets, unpaired from my phone, restarted my phone etc etc etc and nothing is working.
