    I got the same issue on my x4. They display a green solid light in the charging dock indicating fully charged, but will not turn on, or react to any button pressing. Since they do not turn on/react, the factory reset can not be done. This seems like a very common issue. Hope Jaybird will take the trouble to actually provide a useful answer/solution.

    Same problem for me. Fully charged but not possible to switch on.

    I just replaced from seller, but the new one got same happened again, I tried all solutions from email but it just nothing happened.

    I got the same problem. My X4's LED displays solid green when charging. It will not react to any button pressing.

    Hope Jaybird will actually provide a solution.
