    Hello Ilhuicahua,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

You can try and reset the buds by following the reset instructions here:

    https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-eu/jaybird-support/jaybird-tarah-pro/faq/troubleshooting/how-do-i-reset-my-earbuds.html

If this does not help, you can contact Windows Support as you mentioned it works/connects on your phone without any issues. Please do not connect to Jaybird Tarah BLE.

Feel free to reach back to us by replying to this post or contacting our other support channels at https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/support.html

    Warm Regards,

I'm having the same issue. My laptop can't connect to my Jaybird Tarah.

I've read somewhere that it's not backwards compatible with older bluetooth versions, but my laptop is Bluetooth 4.2. If this doesn't work with older versions of bluetooth, I can't keep these.

I love the sound, and I love the equalizer settings. But that's about it. I can't even consistently use them for calls on my phone, as they just stop working as a handsfree device for some reason - which I see some others have experienced as well. I've tried factory resetting, but there's no change in performance. Please advise.

I'm having the same issue. Read the 'support' pages on this issue it appears Jaybird just does not care. It provides the basic, generic responses which are clearly of no help at any point.

I love the sound of these earphones and spent a bloody mint on them, but it wont work on windows! Someone in Support please get off your butt and provide some real support. This is ridiculous.

I´m facing the same issue and I´ve not figured out a solution. I connected my earbuds to 4 different Windows notebooks and none of them worked properly.

2 of them even didn´t recognized my earbuds as a headset (only phone audio worked) and 2 of them worked as a headset but with a very bad quality of sound.

And it is not a problem with Windows since a Sennheiser or a simple (and cheaper) JBL works properly.
