Where can I find just medium silicone replacement tips for my X2s?

I don’t need the 3 pack of all sizes, just need mediums. Don’t need small, don’t need large, don’t need the fin thing that stabilizes it in the ear. Just need medium silicone tips for x2. Any ideas or links? Thanks, -Ethan
