Last year in November, my headphones broke and I requested a replacement pair. Jaybird sent me the replacement and I haven't had a lot of problems since then. Today, my headphones wouldn't let me turn up the volume, and I realized that none of the buttons worked. I force restarted them but they will not turn back on now. Can I put in a claim for a warranty replacement for a replacement pair of headphones?
