    The volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.

    In some cases, the volume on the device is independent to the volume on the buds. Kindly check your device/app volume settings. You can also provide more detail about the firmware update that you did.
