From reading everything, this sounds like a common problem. My earbuds say they're charging, but completely stopped working. I tried dealing with tech support, but my last conversation with support told me that the lithium battery may possibly be dead. They're only a year and half old. He explained to me that they're not willing to help me and that the Verizon store probably had these in stock for several years and this was the cause of the battery dying and I'm pretty much S.O.L. I find this to be completely unacceptable service.
