    Hello,

    I have a similar problem to report. My Jaybird X3s simply stopped working a few days ago. The LED shows red when connected to the charger, but the X3s won't take a charge (even after 24 hours on the charger!), and I cannot reset them.

    The X3s are about a year and a half old and have always been treated well – no drops or spills. I would really appreciate some help.
