    Please check if your PC has built-in Bluetooth or if you will require a dongle/receiver to go with it. You mentioned it's not being detected by your PC so check if the specs of your computer is compatible to that of the Vista's. For your reference, you can find that information here:

    The buds are plug-and-play so you need not an App to make it work. It's also worth noting that the app is exclusive for mobile devices. If the problem persists, please contact your PC's manufacturer or try connecting your buds to a different computer.
