    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue of your headset:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    Yes, my problem is the same.

    I've tried all that the soporte said but nothing.

    The baterry discharge very fast.

    If you know how slve this problem, I'll be gratefull whit you
