My X4 stopped working, talked to Jaybird support, after a bit of troubleshooting they said it was eligible for warranty claim but they don't tell how to claim warranty.
Talked to Amazon support, they told me, contact manufacturer, Jaybird support says I need to talk to the seller. I am really annoyed as I have been doing this ping pong with both of them for almost a week now.
Any information in this regard will be highly appreciated.
