I bought a Jaybird Run XT in April/19 and since the beginning this device is not working properly. Example of issues:
- just the right bug works for phone call,
- loose of Bluetooth connection for some neck movements;
- casing flashing red light when it was full;
This week the left bug is not charging anymore.
When I put the right and the left bug to be charged inside the casing just the right bug is charging (green light on), and the casing is full charged.
I have the receipt for this equipment purchase in case of need.
I leave in Brazil and I need to get support for my device.
Please help me.
