Got my Tarah Pro's 3 days ago. After setting them up, the following happens.
Keeps on disconnecting after 5-20min of music in random intervalls (also Mid-Song).
I tried all your suggestions I see in forums:
- Distance/Obstruction is definitly no issue
- Buds are in my ears at the time it happens
- Hard Reset didn't help
- Happens on all my devices (Android Phone, Macbook and PC)
- Everything is charged up
- BT Connection is no issue with all my other BT-Headphones.
- Did a Firmware update
This seems to be a problem, that many customers have and I'm very disappointed that there is no solution yet.
What can I do?
Is there any other way to fix it or do I just have to return them?
