    Mine is doing the same thing.  Just got them yesterday.  Little disappointed.  I had a GREAT experience with my x3s.

    Dear Lindsey, 

     

    Jaybird's only real solution to this, apparently, is returning the product. 

    That's what I have done. And because this problem seems to bee pretty frequent, I went for a different product.
