    Thanks for getting back to me. I haven't got your mail yet. I am currently in India and hence not able to call your customer care number 866... .Another email from you would be highly appreciated.

    I was actually previously contacted by Ameena (Ticket Number : 1952318). I tried the advice she gave me (changing the charging port, checking buttons etc). I came to the conclusion that the buttons are all working fine, and the problem occurs irrespective of device. The earphones disconnects abruptly and then I have to wait a minute to switch it back on again. (sometimes I am forced to soft reset, which helps in almost all cases) The battery indicator is also broken and gives random battery percentages.

    Also I am charging the earphones with my Macbook Air. It might be an illusion, but it seems that the earphones tend to get disconnected, when I am not playing any audio (though I think this is a wrong conclusion myself).
