Seems like the latest firmware brought back the bug they had a while ago. V1.1.5 Left Earbud fading audio. Controls work, very irritating considering I work in a loud environment. Is their some way to force update again or roll back firmware for the device? There is no windows app to update from what I can find. I've tried soft reset, hard reset and factory reset. There is audio. I can tell when in a quiet room and removing the right earbud. Please chime in community. I've already created a contact from jaybird but on the fence about sending them back to Best Buy. I like them but this is unacceptable and warrants a solution or response from Jaybird.
