    I was just about to buy them back but won't be now. I was in the same boat as you but it seems as though nothing can be done, I contacted support but they just told me to send them back. It is a shame because they're the best earphones I have purchased but have this terrible issue

    I have the same issue. The left earbud’s controls work, but sometimes the volume on it is particularly low regardless of my settings / there’s no sound coming out from it when it’s switched on. My right ear bud works fine. This is slightly annoying, is there something that can be done to fix this? I’m not living in the US so it might be a bit difficult to send them to the US. Thanks.

    Ah, I thought it was just me! Jaybird FIX this issue! Telling all of your customers to just send them back isn't acceptable. I seriously thought it was an isolated issue.

    I swapped for another pair at best buy. I plan on not using the app for a long time to avoid updating them. Hopefully they figure it out because I like the custom eq profiles...

    Started also having the same problem with the right bud a couple of days ago. Has anyone had the same problem with the right earbud?

    I’m also having this issue. I would appreciate if support could contact me with a working solution or a suggestion for next steps. I’m a big fan of these and a promoter for now but am hoping this isn’t a permanent problem.
