X4 right buds stop working

    Hi lucky,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try the following suggestions.

    -Check your buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris.

    Here are the reset instructions as well:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
