X4 right buds stop working

    Hi lucky,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try the following suggestions.

    -Check your buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris.

    Here are the reset instructions as well:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    안내에 따라 수 없이 리셋을 했지만 개선이 안되고 있습니다.

    X3에서도 동일하게 오른쪽 버드가 간헐적으로 소리의 끊김 현상이 발생하다 아예 소리가 들리지 않는 

    현상이라 X4를 구입 했는데 7개월 정도 사용하니 동일한 문제가 발생되고 있습니다..

    한국에서는 A/S도 원활하지 않고 전화 연락처도 없으며 방문도 할 수 없는 고약한 제품이라

    이제 Jaybird Bluetooth earphone은 다시는 구매치 않으리라 다짐했습니다.
