    You can use a toothpick to pick out the wax or debris from the buds. You can also use a swab or a clean cloth to clean the crevices better.

    I tried to pick the wax with a toothpick but now it sounds Even less that it did before....
    Any ideas?

    I could not find a way to get it out, so now I have brought a new pair....

    It was really annoying.....

    Same problem and I really don’t want to buy another pair. This should be fixable.

    Yeah totally. 

    Lucky for me I had insurance on my headphones so I could get a new pair.

    But it should totally be fixable, because it is really annoying, also it makes the sound worse. 

    I think they are waterproof, maybe try to dip them I water or something, but I will not risk that. Idk, just a really bad mistake from their side.
