I purchased the Jaybird Vista and after about 1 week the right earbud became exceptionally quiet. I tried the 3 factory resets suggested by Jaybird support. Nothing worked so I requested a return. I was sent a new Vista set that won't go into pairing mode. I still have the defective buds, so I tried those in the new case and it pairs fine. The new buds in the old case won't go into pairing mode either. Neither of the new buds will pair. I will be returning this new set as well and will go with another brand. Will not be purchasing Jaybird products again.
