    I have the exact same problem. Bought these just before Christmas last year. Started about 10 days ago. At first I thought it was a new earpiece since yet another one of the silicone ones popped off, but it’s the volume. That’s why I came on this site to see if I could fix the problem. If you have a fix, please le me know.
