Vista connects to iPhone but not iPad Or MacBook

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. 

    Since you can pair with your IPhone without any issues, I believe the issue is isolated only with the IPad and MacBook. I highly suggest to contact IPad/Apple Support.
