    Hello Colleen,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

You can also follow these recommendations:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I am having this exact same issue with my X3. Frustrating as they are just over a year old.

    Hi Bruce,

Thank you for these suggestions. I have tried charging using a laptop per your comment but am getting the same result. Also, the port appears to be free of dirt and debris.  Please let me know if you have any further suggestions.  Are there battery replacements or other fixes?

    Thanks

Following up on my earlier post...

Are there any any other suggestions you can offer to get my jay birds working again?  I am missing my wireless headphones for my runs.

Looking at this site I found other suggestions for resetting the earbuds. Unfortunately it did not work for my pair. Is it possible to have them repaired?
