    Hi Bruce,

    I don't think this issue has been addressed. This appears to be an ongoing issue and needs to be further looked into. These earbuds cost too much to be replacing them each and every time.

    Update:

    I returned the Jaybird Vista's for a new set.

    Left to charge for 1 entire day.

    Updated Jaybird App that updated Firmware.

    The left earbud battery is fixed but now the right earbud battery is draining more than the left side. There is some crackling sound I heard a few times from the right earbud. I'm really disappointed.

    Not sure what kind of quality control these are going through. Obviously these are not tested before being packaged.

    Same problem, left earbud is draining more than the right one. But they still staying alive around 5 hours, don't know is it hardware or software problem. And what to do with it...
