New Jaybird Vistas were purchased on Nov 11 2019. Charged fully and the Jaybird app updated firmware. Left earbud Battery was at 60% while the right earbud was at 95% after 2 hours of usage. Earbuds were hard reset to factory settings Then fully charged. Used for another few hours and left earbud battery was drained 15% more than the right side. Contacted jaybird and they advised defective left earbud. Will return and exchange for another set. Appears to be some kind of firmware issue. I am assuming the earbuds all have the same battery. Jaybird needs to look into this a bit further.
