Left earbud battery draining unevenly
New Jaybird Vistas were purchased on Nov 11 2019. Charged fully and the Jaybird app updated firmware. Left earbud Battery was at 60% while the right earbud was at 95% after 2 hours of usage. Earbuds were hard reset to factory settings Then fully charged. Used for another few hours and left earbud battery was drained 15% more than the right side. Contacted jaybird and they advised defective left earbud. Will return and exchange for another set. Appears to be some kind of firmware issue. I am assuming the earbuds all have the same battery. Jaybird needs to look into this a bit further.

Update:
I returned the Jaybird Vista's for a new set.
Left to charge for 1 entire day.
Updated Jaybird App that updated Firmware.
The left earbud battery is fixed but now the right earbud battery is draining more than the left side. There is some crackling sound I heard a few times from the right earbud. I'm really disappointed.
Not sure what kind of quality control these are going through. Obviously these are not tested before being packaged.
