Regarding my cases: (Ticket numbers: 08290443 and 1549117), a new replacement Tarah Pro's was delivered and it worked fine for 3 weeks then it started doing the same problem as the first pair (before the left earphone die completely) when I connect it with my iPhone X. It suddenly stops working right after connecting it to my phone either without any sounds or with a continuous buzzing sound that won't stop unless i connect to a power supply which is not always available when I'm out, then I become stuck not able to restart it to listen to my music. This is so frustrating as there is nothing I can do to fix it. I read a lot of reviews having the same problem as me which means that there's indeed a problem with this model. I even told the customer support that I can even record a video of what my earphones do as it does that every time i connect it and having to connect it to a power supply a couple of times till it works fine again.
I even thought it was a problem with my iPhone's iOS version which I updated and ofc nothing changed. I did a full reset to my Tarah Pro's more than 5 times to no avail as well.
Other than this major technical issue, the rubber part of the control buttons peeled off both pairs in less than 3 months of use!
I contacted customer support about this issue again that I don't want any other replacements as I know this is going to happen again and I want a full refund instead and that was on 16th September and they replied after literally a month saying we will proceed with a fix until the 10th October which they told me that they transferred my case to the appropriate department and stoped replying to my emails since then.
I'm so disappointed as I used to like Jaybird products and I paid this much money for a “supposedly” good and reliable products as well as customer support.
