My Jaybird Run buds won’t pair with each other or my phone or laptop. This happened after a couple of months of them constantly dropping out every minute or two. When I called customer support they asked for my receipt which I don’t have (lost when moving countries), they said they’d check the serial number on the buds and I informed them of the number as well as when and where I bought them. (23rd Nov last year at Best Buy Vancouver) they then informed me my buds were out of warranty - (except this was in June this year, only 8 months after purchase, as at present they should still be under warranty for another 10 days) and because I couldn’t provide a receipt to prove that they clearly took advantage and refused to help me. This is some absolute b.s, I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with customer support trying to screw them around, or knows how to fix my buds so I can get them working again?
