Left earbud detached
Hi,
I bought the Freedom Special Edition a bit more than a year ago and my left earbud physically broke last week; the plastic speaker part separated from the rest of the headphones. I have always treated them very well and nothing has happened to them to give a reason why this would have happened. Is this covered under a warranty? I have proof of purchase if necessary. Please help. Thank you.
