I purchased the Jaybird X4 on March 26, 2019 through Amazon and have been really happy with them until recently.
The right earbud stopped working a few weeks ago. I have followed your support directions for cleaning the ear buds and restoring to factory defaults, and they still do not work.
I used the Jaybird app to test the earbuds. The right one didn't work. I then used the Jaybird app to switch right/left channels. The right ear bud still does not work.
How long is the warranty on these earbuds? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
