Firmware not updating (says low battery). Also, if playing music when I get a call, music stops but phone call sound comes from phone not buds- then when call ends, music doesn't restart, I need to physically turn buds off/back on again for them to work

I experience the same problem when listening to music and then having to make a call.

Just an update to this- it seems that I have found a work around. For some reason, my Android 6 phone has continued to say "battery below 30%" and that it cannot perform the firmware update. So I downloaded the Jaybird app on my wife's iPhone, and I was able to perform the firmware update using her phone. I am now on firmware 1.0.08, and I still just use my Android 6 phone with the updated buds. It appears that being on the current firmware has also solved the problems that I had receiving calls while listening to music. So if anyone has this problem, just update your firmware- and if you have trouble updating your firmware, perhaps borrow someone's iPhone for a few minutes to perform that task.
