Où est-ce que je peux me proccurer la partie qui va sur le lobe?

La partie qui va sur le lobe d'orreil est tomber (ça tombe très facilement, mais cette fois-ci je ne l'ai pas retrouvé). Est-ce qu'il y a moyen de m'en procurer d'autre?
