I've contacted support on this issue and have not yet found a solution. I have the x4's and a couple months in, the left earbud started coming in and out. About a month ago, the left earbud died entirely. I reached out to support and they sent some follow up instructions to try. After trying these and doing a factory reset, I can now no longer pair the x4's to my iphone (same one, nothing changed there).
These are still under warranty, and I am looking to get this issue resolved ASAP. It looks like it could be a manufacturer defect as many others seem to be having the same issue.
