    There are hundreds of complaints , and Jaybird will tell you to you are SOL if it is beyond the 1 year warranty period. The build quality on the X3 is terrible and Jaybird knows it , but does not care 

    Will not buy another pair from Jaybird as they refuse to stand behind their "premium" product
