    Hello Mc,

    Thank you for reaching out and posting your query. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Let's do a factory reset to resolve the issue of your headset:

    Before starting this process please “FORGET” or “REMOVE” your Tarah Pro device in your Bluetooth list of discovered devices in your phone or music device.

    1. With your earbuds off, press and hold the middle button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes white and you hear the pairing prompt.

    2. Double press the middle button. The LED will flash red briefly and the earbuds will turn off. Your earbuds have now been reset.

    3. When turned back on, your earbuds will automatically be in pairing mode. You will need to pair them to your audio device again and re-select your favourite preset.

    This did not work. The red light remains on when I power the device down.

    Hi there,

    this is still a recurring issue. I just purchased a new pair after the rubber faceplate completely fell off. I've followed the steps outlined above and even updated the firmware. Gonna see if I can replace them tomorrow but thought it was worth mentioning.

    In this case wherein there's physical damage on the buds, I highly suggest returning the buds for a replacement from the store you bought it from.
