    Please provide the error message (if there's any). I also would like to know if you're using a Bluetooth receiver on your computer. You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hello,

    I can't find an error message, but my computer says when I try to connect to the earbuds that: (this is a rough translation from Finnish) "That didn't work, please make sure that the Bluetooth device is available/findable, and then try again."

     

    I'm using a Asus USB-BT400 4.0 USB Adapter for my Bluetooth connection.

    The earbuds connect to my laptop (which has in-built Bluetooth), without any problems.
