    Hello Customer Service. I have had my Jaybird Run headphones for less than 1 year. It seems the left bud is draining battery faster than the right. When I connect with bluetooth I receive the voice confirmation that the buds are "100% charged" however less than 30 mins of use I get a "battery low" warning or they abruptly power off.
    Your help and assistance is appreciated.
