First I would like to bring to your attention that I have been trying to contact customer support for the past 2 days via chat however, it continuously states that no one is online to help. Keep in mind that it is during your claimed working hours.
Second, it is mind-boggling that a company like yours with such a notorious product fails to have an email as a method of communication with your customers
Now regarding my issue, I have ordered a set of X4's on 11/13/2019 and received my tracking number the next day, great... but 3 days into delivery, the tracking log prints a "missing invoice" message and it is being returned to the sender. After contacting UPS, it turns out that certain custom documents were missing and the package has been returned to OLIVE BRANCH, MS, US on 11/21/2019 (an employee called LLOYD received it).
What's next, I didn't receive an email from you regarding this matter and I don't know what is going to happen to my order? and most importantly when am I going to get it?. I am clueless
Your prompt help and assistance on this is highly appreciated, please dont make me wait any longer
