X4 Left Earbud Stopped Working

    Same thing is happening to me. It is claimed that they are water resistant to rain and all that but it stopped working when I wore them in a very light drizzel/mist on my short walk to work!

    Thanks for getting back to me Bruce.

    I have ensured the buds are clean, and the problem is still persisting.

    I feel the problem is with the wire internally. I've only had these 4 months and treated them the same as my x3's throughout.

    Is there any remedy, or solution here?

    Historically I've always had jaybirds and never had this problem before.

    Same here..started with the left earbud, now it cannot even be re-paired to my i-phone. Attempted re-starting, factory reset, everything. Must be a manufacturer defect as I am seeing many others with the same issue. I've reached out to support and hoping someone can get back to me while it is still under warranty.

    I am yet to hear back on a way to proceed on the above.

    The audio on the left earbud is now almost completely gone within 4 months of purchasing the product.

    I have always been a far of Jaybird, though with recent product issues and lack of support for your community I am rethinking this.
