Bought my Jaybird Run XT in May 2019. They stay powered on but keep pausing the music every 2 to 5 minutes on any device I am paired to for around 85 seconds then remains to play where it left off. Sometimes they won't pause for 10 mins or longer but super annoying when it pauses right in the middle of a workout set or when your hands are occupied. It is nothing to do with the devices I am using it's the headphones. Who do I contact to return these under one year warrenty?
