    Hi Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out. I can definitely help you with this one.

    Please check first if the IPod's specifications are compatible to the Jaybird Tarah. Second is please check if it has built-in Bluetooth or if your IPod will require a Bluetooth dongle to work.

    You can also try to and reboot your IPod. If it still does not work, please isolate the issue by connecting your Tarah buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
