    Hi Andrew,

    I am sorry to hear about your experience but I am here to help.

    Please note that the Jaybird Tarah Pro buds come pre-charged out of the box (with a small amount of stored charge). It is recommended to charge them before first use. Kindly check as this might be the reason why it dies out after 30 mins.

    I just got my headphones delivered... they wouldn't even turn on and wouldn't even charge.. no sign of any light or life in them either!!

     

    So frustrating.

    Very frustrating! Took mine back, got a refund and bought some Bose soundsport. No issues.

    Bruce thanks for the insight suggesting I charge the headphones which I am complaining I am unable to charge...
