    You can follow these recommendations:

    -Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled and within range

    -Make sure your buds are in pairing mode

    -Check your Bluetooth list if it can accommodate/remember another Bluetooth device

    -If the aforementioned steps do not help, please reset your buds prior to re-pairing. You can find the factory reset as listed here:

    Lastly, you can isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
