    Try to press down on both end of button control until it lightup. It just sad to say that this headphone have poor build quality, i also experience with this problem after 4 month of use.

    I do appreciate your recommendation but that was not the case. It is really frustrating that this product was very good but only lasted for a month

    I’ve got the same issue. Support are proving to be useless, need approval and a load of other things so they can replace it, but been over a week now and still chasing it.

    If I’d know the support would be this bad, I most certainly wouldn’t have purchased them

    I'm onto my third pair in three months, all with different things going wrong. The first pair the control button started coming apart, 2nd pair right earbud didn't work at all from purchase. Couldn't fix with trouble shooting. Third pair won't charge, haven't been able to charge once since purchase. Have tried different charge ports, and doing update and reset. Think I'm ready to ask for refund and try another brand.
