    Thank you for reaching out. I can definitely help you with this one.

    Please try and "forget" the X3's from your phone/computer's Bluetooth list. Once deleted, you can Factory Reset the buds prior to re-pairing.

    You can further isolate the issue by pairing the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hey, I already tried that and it still won't work. My phone and computer don't even register the headphones as an option when they are in pairing mode.
