This is my second pair of Tarah Pros; I returned my last pair to the retailer I bought them from because they stopped turning on. I charged the new ones until the LED indicated fully charged then updated the firmware. They connected and worked perfectly, once, and now they connect, announce the battery power percentage (100%), stay connected for about two seconds, then they turn off. I have used an appropriate USB charger, charging through my computer. They won't stay connected to my Pixel 2 or iPhone 8, and the system and software are up to date on both my devices. I have noticed with both pairs that they stop connecting once they announce 60-80% battery percentage. I'm not sure if that helps, but I'd really like to have a pair headphones with features that the Tarah Pro offer; I travel every week, frequently internationally, workout and work outside, frequently. I really could use some help or a pair of headphones that are rock solid. I had my pair of X2s - they were good but eventually stopped working after three years - but wouldn't last more than about three hours.
